Customer Relations Officer (2 years renewable contract)

Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Business Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Attend inbound calls
  • Attend to call-back requests from customers
  • Ensure follow-up on escalated cases
  • Filing of claims for customer (i.e over-deduction/failure to exit/double deduction)
  • Concession-related matters (i.e lost of card/replacement procedure/extension issues/application issues)
  • Point-to-point enquiries from customer
  • Perform simple investigation for cases
  • Attend to emails enquiry when necessary
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level Holder
  • Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Customer Service Officers (2 years renewable contract)

  • Sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level

Systems Analyst (Software Development)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Design, maintain and enhance existing and new software systems to support business requirements
  • Liaise with end-users to gather business specifications and provide applications support
  • Work closely with vendors in evaluating and supporting implementation of new developments and changes
  • Conduct system testing to ensure applications conform to user requirements
  • Review software design architecture and update technical documents

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 4 years’ experience in requirement solicitation, system design, application development and testing
  • Experience in object oriented analysis and design, SDLC, Team Foundation Serve
  • Experience in software development using C#, .Net, WPF & WCF, Web Service, Database Design & SQL Scripting with MS SQL
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior Systems Analyst (Web)

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the IT Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Design and develop new software systems to support business requirements
  • Liaise with end-users and software vendors to define user requirements and system design specifications
  • Provide application support and change management
  • Lead a software team and manage projects, tasks, schedules and resources
  • Conduct system testing to ensure applications conform to user requirements
  • Review software design architecture and update technical documents
  • Maintain and enhance existing application systems
  • Participate in innovation and implementing emerging technologies in the various application platforms such as internet & mobile applications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 6 years’ experience in software architecture design and software development in Web Application, with at least 1 year of team leading experience
  • Possess strong SDLC background and good knowledge in object-oriented anaylsis and design (OOAD), Microsoft Technologies, C#, ASP.Net MVC, WCF and Web Services, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL 2012/2014
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in Mobile Application Design and Development would be an advantage

Officer, Corporate & Marketing Communications (2 years renewable contract)

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Marketing Communications

  • Assist in conceptualization, development and print of marketing materials such as brochures, posters and online collaterals
  • Ensure all communications and collaterals adhere to corporate guidelines
  • Act as a point of liaison with internal and external stakeholders/vendors
  • Render support on corporate and marketing communications projects

Online Media

  • Manage company Facebook account with the focus on building community base for the organization
  • Ensure that enquiries posted on Facebook are replied promptly and accurately
  • Maintain and update corporate website and intranet content

Communications Support

  • Assist in daily compilation of media monitoring within timeline
  • Attend to walk-in customers when necessary

Administrative Duties

  • Manage inventory of corporate gifts and collaterals
  • Collation of reports and presentation slides
  • Any other ad-hoc communications duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications/Marketing with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
