How do I activate the Auto Top-Up Facility By Credit/Debit Card on my concession card?

Have you completed and submitted the Application Form For Auto Top-Up Facility By Credit/Debit Card?

Once the application has been approved, a letter on the activation process will be sent to you. You will have to bring the letter, the Concession card(s) and the account holder's NRIC (original/photocopy) to any TransitLink Ticket Office to activate the auto top-up facility.

What if I want to deactivate my Auto Top-Up Facility?

Just head on down to the nearest TransitLink Ticket Office at MRT stations and bus interchanges, and present the concession card with the Auto Top-Up facility that you would like to deactivate.

What if I want a refund on a concession card with Auto Top-Up Facility?

If you would like a refund on a concession card that has an Auto Top-Up facility on it, you will need to make your way down to the nearest TransitLink Ticket Office at any MRT station and bus interchange. Our friendly staff will assist you with the refund process and once done, the remaining travel value on the concession card will be transferred to the linked account for concession cards which are on auto top-up facility by Bank GIRO within 14 days. For concession cards which are on auto top-up facility by Credit/Debit Card, a cheque will be issued to the account holder.
