Auto Top-Up Facility by Bank GIRO FAQs

How do I GIRO-Link my family members' Concession cards to my bank account?

You can GIRO-link the cards to your POSB or DBS bank account. You may apply using your POSB/DBS ATM bankcard at the General Ticketing Machines (GTM) located in MRT and LRT stations.

*As some GTMs are currently undergoing system upgrade, please look out for the status prompt at the end of your transaction to ensure that your concession card is successfully registered for Auto Top-Up.

For non-Singaporeans or Singaporeans/PR without a POSB/DBS ATM card, please contact our TransitLink Hotline at 1800-CALL ONE (1800-2255 663) for an application form to be mailed to you, or download a copy of the form HERE.
