Top-up amounts available for selection: $20, $30, $40 and $50. As the next auto top-up can only be effected 4 days after the previous auto top-up, you are advised to select an amount that is sufficient to cover your expected card usage for at least 4 days.

Will there be an auto top-up to the concession card immediately after I have activated the auto top-up facility?

No, auto top-up will only be triggered when the card is presented at a usage device and the remaining value falls below $0.

However, a pre-authorization request is sent when your application is processed. The request earmarks the selected auto top-up amount for each of the auto top-up card and your available credit limit in your account will be reduced by this earmarked amount. The next pre-authorization request is sent after a successful auto top-up or 7 days later when the earlier pre-authorization expires, whichever is earlier.
