Concession card replacements for lost, damaged or faulty ez-link cards can now be obtained at any of the following locations.

• Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange
• Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange
• Hougang Bus Interchange
• Jurong East Bus Interchange
• Pasir Ris Bus Interchange
• Tiong Bahru MRT Station

Operating Hours: 10.00AM to 6.00PM Daily, Closed on Public Holidays

Besides Concession Card Replacement Offices, concession card holders who have lost their concession cards may also choose to replace their cards via mail-in application.
