Diploma Students from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) are required to submit their concession card applications through their school institutions.
Due to an increase in postage rate, with effect from 1 February 2024, first time applicants of the Diploma Student/Undergraduate Concession card will need to pay an additional $2 postage fee for the card to be mailed to your residential address.
