Replace your lost concession ez-link card hassle-free via mail-in application. Concession card holders may collect the application form from any TransitLink Ticket Office or download it here:

The replacement card or collection advice will be mailed to you within 3 working days from the receipt of your application.
Please read through the application form carefully before mailing the form.

  • Incomplete applications will be rejected.

  • Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. TransitLink will not be held responsible for any postage delays or if the application does not reach us.

CONCESSION CARD REPLACEMENT OFFICE

Alternatively, concession card holders are able to visit our Concession Card Replacement Offices for an immediate replacement*.

* If your application for Concession Card Replacement is lodged at the Concession Card Replacement Offices during the last week of school term holidays, your replaced card will be ready for collection within the next working day. In all cases we will handle your application as quickly as we can.

Concession ez-link cards stated above include:

  • MOE School Smart Card (Primary / Secondary / Junior College / Pre-University)

  • Non-MOE Student ez-link card (Primary / Secondary / Junior College / Pre-University)

  • Tertiary Student ez-link card

  • NSF ez-link card

  • Senior Citizen ez-link card

If you have not reported the lost card, please contact TransitLink Hotline at 1800-CALL ONE (1800-2255 663). The lost card will be invalidated within 48 hours from the time of the report. Invalidation requests are final and irreversible. You will be issued a claim number by the Hotline staff and 5 working days later, you may proceed to any TransitLink Ticket Office to collect any remaining value in the reported lost concession card. Please quote the claim number and produce your original NRIC / Birth Certificate / Student Immigration Pass when collecting the claim.

Alternatively, you may request for refund via cheque by post or direct credit to DBS / POSB bank accounts by calling toll-free TransitLink Hotline 1800-2255663.
