Auto Top-up for Concession Cards

Terms & Conditions of Use

What happens if I have insufficient funds or credit limit?

If your bank account or credit card account has insufficient funds or insufficient credit limit to do a deduction for Auto Top-Up, you may find that your concession card has been blocked from further use.

While the card is blocked, all cards linked to the bank account or credit card can still be used as long as there is remaining value in the card itself. But it cannot be automatically topped-up until the unpaid top-up amount has been settled.

How do I pay the outstanding amount on my card?

There are a few ways to resolve this. If you wish to pay by cash, simply head down to your nearest TransitLink Ticket Office or General Ticketing Machine (GTM) and pay the exact amount. We will issue you a receipt to acknowledge the transaction.

You can also pay by NETS at the GTM.

Other modes of payment also include crossed cheques, cashier's orders and money orders. If you would like to pay by these methods, kindly send them to:

Transit Link Pte Ltd, 9 Maxwell Road, #03-02 Annex A, MND Complex, Singapore 069112.

I have paid the outstanding amount, how do I unblock the card?

Once the cheque has been cleared or the outstanding amount has been settled, simply bring your auto top-up enabled concession card to any TransitLink Ticket Office or GTM at MRT Stations or bus interchanges to unblock the card and you will be able to use it once again!
