Please note:
  1. Claims must be made within 14 days from the incident date. For 'Top Up Not Encoded' claims, please file within 30 days from the date of incident.
  2. The refund issued will be valid for collection up to 3 months from the date when the claim is filed.

For customers filing 'Top Up Not Encoded @ ATM (Concession)' claims, please take note:

  1. This is only applicable to Concession card top-ups at ATMs.
  2. Refund, if any, will be credited into your bank account within 15 working days.
