The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be extending the existing adult CBT system, to operate in parallel with the SimplyGo system.
The following groups/cards are eligible for a free CBT card:
- EZ-Link cards that were converted to SimplyGo between 9 and 22 January 2024;
- SimplyGo EZ-Link cards that were bought between 9 and 22 January 2024;
- All eligible SimplyGo Concession cards converted or issued on or before 22 January 2024;
- All who have purchased a NETS Prepaid Card between 9 and 22 January 2024.

Top-Up For Concession Cards Now Available At All DBS & POSB Atms Islandwide

SINGAPORE (11 April 2011) – Students, Senior Citizens and full-time NS Men, will now be able to top-up their concession cards across a network of over 1,100 DBS & POSB ATMs located islandwide.

Concession card holders will now be able to top-up their CEPAS-compliant concession cards at all DBS & POSB ATMs, in addition to the Add Value Machines, General Ticketing Machines, Ticket Offices, Concession Card Replacement Offices and Passenger Service Centres located in the MRT stations and bus interchanges.

The collaboration between DBS Bank Ltd (DBS) and Transit Link Pte Ltd will enable concession card holders to enjoy the convenience of an expanded network of top-up channels located near schools, major bus routes, shopping centres and deep within the heartlands.

Mr Foo Kim Peng, Chief Executive Officer of Transit Link Pte Ltd said, "With a wide network of ATMs, concession card holders will enjoy a broader range of top-up options. In addition to top-up machines at MRT stations, bus interchanges and selected bus stops, card holders will now have the convenience of topping-up their cards at ATMs located near their homes and schools."

Mr Jeremy Soo, Managing Director and Head of Consumer Banking Group Singapore, DBS Bank said, "With the largest ATM network islandwide, this collaboration with Transit Link translates into greater convenience for our four million customers who can now top-up their cards while conducting other self-service banking transactions. We are also pleased to be the first and only bank in Singapore to offer all three CEPAS compliant cards services, EZ-Link, NETS FlashPay and Concession Card, at our ATMs."

The available top-up amounts at the ATMs are $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 and $200 and concession card holders simply need to select "More Services" followed by "Concession Card Services" and follow the instructions stated on the screen. Concession card holders also have the alternative to GIRO-link their DBS/POSB accounts to automatically top-up their cards with TransitLink's auto top-up facility.
