CCAS Contact Centre
The CCAS Contact Centre Awards, which is in its 12th year, exist to identify and publicly recognise individuals, programs and centres that have attained excellence in the above mentioned areas. In the twelve years since its inception, the Awards have acquired such a stature and prestige as to make winning in any of its Corporate or Individual categories a much coveted achievement.
In 2012, 20 of our staff won the award.
Excellent Service Award
The Excellent Service Award (EXSA) is a national award that recognises individuals who deliver outstanding service. It seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate and create service champions.
In 2014, 28 of our staff won the Excellent Service Award in the Land Transport category.
The National Courtesy Award – Transport Gold
The National Courtesy Award – Transport Gold seeks to encourage frontline staff in the public transport industry to provide courteous service to commuters. It is organised by the public transport organizations with the support of Singapore Kindness Movement, Traffic Police and Land Transport Authority.
In 2016, 12 of our employees won the award, with 3 of them receiving the Outstanding Award.
