Self-Help Ticketing Machines

SimplyGo Kiosks are self-help concession card printing machines that provide commuters the following services:

  1. Application and collection of replacement concession cards
  2. Purchase of monthly concession passes
  3. Extension of concession validity
  4. Upgrade of EZ-Link and Concession cards to SimplyGo
  5. Topping up stored value travel cards
  6. Redemption of travel vouchers and rewards
  7. Viewing of card transactions history and obtaining details via email
  8. Filing and collecting claims
  9. Payment of penalty fees

Payment for transactions can be made via NETS or Singapore-issued credit or debit cards.

Assisted Service Kiosks are a new ticketing machine that is progressively being introduced at stations on the new Thomson-East Coast Line. Besides providing a variety of e-payment options, this easy-to-use ticketing machine also allows commuters to seek immediate assistance from a SimplyGo Customer Relations Officer via a video call function – the first of its kind in Singapore.

Top-Up Kiosks (TUK) offer a variety of e-payment options and greater convenience for commuters because they combine the functions of the General Ticketing Machine and Add Value Machine. The TUK also features bright colours and large, clear font, making it user-friendly.

Please note that there are two versions of the TUK, one accepts both e-payment options and cash, and the other only accepts e-payment options. You can identify the different versions by looking out for the cash deposit slot on the machine.

Top-Up Machines provide an alternative channel for commuters to top up their stored value travel cards via NETS payment.

General Ticketing Machines are located at the LRT/MRT Stations. Some of the services available include topping up of stored value travel cards and purchasing of monthly concession passes.

Please be informed that GTMs will be progressively replaced by the Top-Up Kiosks. Please click here for the location listing of the Top-Up Kiosks
