If you wish to redeem your WINK+ points as donations to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund or for SimplyGo Travel Rebates, please do so from 31 January to 1 March 2022.
If you are redeeming your WINK+ points to WINK+ merchant deals, you can do so via the WINK+ app anytime - so long as you have sufficient points for redemption.

How do I know if I made enough trips to qualify for the Travel Bonus points?
You may wish to check your transaction history via the TL SimplyGo app to track the number of trips that you have made during the campaign period.
Why didn’t I receive the Travel Bonus redemption code despite having met the 60-trip requirement?
It could be that you did not opt in to receive marketing offers from TransitLink or meet the below criteria:
- Persons who sign up for a new TL SimplyGo account between 24 November 2021 and 18 January 2022; or
- Existing TL SimplyGo account users who have never added a contactless bank card prior to 24 November but did so during the period from 24 November 2021 to 18 January 2022

What will happen if I forget to redeem my WINK+ points before 1 March 2022?
Don’t worry! You can always redeem your WINK+ points for deals offered by any WINK+ merchant, anytime. There is no expiry for WINK+ points.
